Hi Everyone,

 Hope you guys are training; Joao, Owen, Sav and Gabi are giving their daily report about what is happening into the gym and it will count a lot for the up coming grading.

 Things here in Maldives are great, what a beautiful place. The surfing is amazing and I had some sections with just myself in the water, which is very rare around here. Today I will be diving with sharks ... scary ... to be honest I have no idea why I am doing this, I think some emotion in this trip will make me feel better, everything is so nice, so perfect and I need a little of adrenaline.
