Hey guys, hope everyone is ok and training, I arrived in Rio last Monday, but it was late and could not train that day, on Tuesday I was already on the mat, training with my mates at Gracie Humaita. It is always great to see my old mates and roll with them. On Wednesday we had a big graduation and I received my third stripe, after 9 years as a black belt, I am really happy and will post some photos soon.

PS: Jet Leg Sucks!!!
